Our New Enviro Centre

A week ago our new Enviro Centre opened.  There were lots of trees planted at the Treemendous Makeover.  There are feijoa, lemon, orange, plum, and peach trees.  There are bamboo plants and other native New Zealand plants.

Now we can walk along the paths and down steps to enjoy learning about the new plants.  At the bottom there is a clearing that we can camp on.  There is a wetlands area under the clearing that we can follow the steps down to. There are signs telling people where stuff is.

There is a lookout we can stand on to look over the Enviro Centre. There is a new fence protecting the area.

Have a look at the photos of our new Enviro Centre below.

Wow it sounds like a big enviro centre and a cool place to go to. What other New Zealand trees and plants are there? Why is there a fence protecting the area?
